With our Hazelnut Paste (organic), your specialties will taste even better! We produce the paste with only one ingredient: hazelnuts harvested in the hazelnut groves in Cravanzana. Our hazelnuts are naturally dried under the sun, shelled, selected, toasted, selected again by hand and ground in the grinder to obtain a natural paste, with no additives.
